President Trump attended a fundraising event at his Bedminster golf club on Thursday, October 1, after learning that he had been exposed to the coronavirus, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows confirmed. President Trump and the first lady departed the White House on Thursday afternoon for New Jersey’s Morristown Municipal Airport before moving on to the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster. New Jersey Gov Phil Murphy urged anyone present at the Bedminster fundraiser to get tested for the coronavirus and to take “full precautions.” This footage shows Trump supporters without masks gathering in Bedminster ahead of Marine One’s arrival on Thursday afternoon.
