With just five days to go before the Bourton 10K road race, I take on a key workout set by my coach as part of my final race preparation. After a sluggish start to 2026, this session felt like a real turning point. The goal for race day is to break 41 minutes (realistically around 41:15), and this workout gave me a big confidence boost heading into the race. However I would love to think that there are signs that a Sub 40 is again possible either now or in the near future.
