This video is about my colourless Holi this year. I didn’t play Holi, but it made me think about how different Holi used to be when we were young. In those days we played freely, without any tension. We didn’t worry about colours not going from our skin or clothes. We just enjoyed the festival with friends, laughter, and lots of fun. But now things have changed. Many times we celebrate more for social media rather than playing Holi the way we used to before. In this video, I’m sharing those memories and how simple and joyful Holi felt in our childhood. I’m also sharing what I ate on Holi day – some delicious festive food! My colleague gave me Puran Poli, my mom prepared Mangane, a special dish usually made only during festivals, and I also enjoyed Dahi Wada and Gujjiya given by my student.
