Catskull just released the Arduinoboy Pro and this is my first jam with it. I first plugged in the ArduinoBoy in through usb-c into a powered hub and the iPad recognized it right away as a midi device in the AUM app (audio unit mixer). Next I tried a keyboard app called KB, once I figured out that the link cable was upside down, I was in business. This video is a jam using a midi sequencer called Fugue Machine that allows four play heads to control four separate voices. It feel most like an instrument and why I chose it for the video. You can play the mGB like a keyboard also using any midi keyboard or adapters using usb-c midi. It has trs-midi in and out, usb-c midi in and out and comes in a bundle with a link cable that has 2 ports on each end to use with dmg, color & advance GameBoys. Also included in the bundle is the synth mGB pre-flashed on a GameBoy cart. Trash 80 made the arduino boy code and schematics and you could build your own. That being said Catskull Electronics offers kits and pre-made Bundles and boards with everything you need to get going. Yes this will work with LSDJ!
