1969 Mustang Turn Signal Hood Scoop Install

The 1969 Mustang is known for it's turn signal hood. Since I installed a reproduction hood, it didn't have the correct provisions for me to install them back in the car. In this video we are going to be installing wiring for the turn signals, cutting out slots in the hood for clearance, and then pulling it all together for a full install. This unique feature was found on some of the early classic Ford cars in the 60s. I wanted to make sure that I got the turn signals back installed in the correct location because it makes a great conversation starter and really improves the experience of driving a classic car. Most if not all parts were bought from National Parts Depot. The turn signal housings which I used were original to the vehicle but over time the wiring has hardened and needed to be replaced.
