If you're an Auckland motorist who found it tough going on the motorway this morning, we may have the reason for the extra traffic. Auckland trains have been at a standstill for the past two days while the new City Rail Link is being tested. It's the largest simulation the city has ever seen, and a key milestone in the CRL saga. It also disrupted the journey of around 15,000 Auckland commuters into the CBD, but tomorrow, things will be back to normal.
