What OnCrop AI does: ➢ Uses a low-cost thermal RGB sensor to monitor fruit surface & canopy temperature in real time. ➢ Tracks fruit color changes during ripening ➢ Provides 7-day forecasts of fruit surface temperature ➢ Crowdsources grower data (already 500+ images collected and growing) Already tested in apples and grapes, OnCrop AI is now being extended into blueberries. Grower feedback has been positive, highlighting its ease of use and potential to protect fruit quality.
