Il periodo migliore per raggiungere il Passo Gavia è da metà giugno fino ai primi di settembre; le nevicate improvvise rendono particolarmente difficile il transito. Alcuni tratti del percorso sono dissestati, le motociclette più indicate sono le enduro stradali. Spesso qualcuno si avventura con mezzi a quattro ruote che, come spesso accade, nei tratti più stretti bloccano il passaggio di altri veicoli. Per chi ama le curve non può farsi mancare il Passo dell'Aprica. Esso non offre gli stessi panorami del Passo Gavia, ma sa far divertire i motociclisti più smaliziati. Buon divertimento! Some sections of the route are bumpy, the most suitable motorcycles are road enduro. Often someone ventures with four-wheeled vehicles which, as often happens, block the passage of other vehicles in the narrowest stretches. For those who love curves, the Aprica Pass cannot be missed. It doesn't offer the same views as the Gavia Pass, but it can entertain the most daring bikers. Good fun!
