The Moto Morini Granspasso 1200 has received a set of modifications which include both technical and cosmetic upgrades. As far as styling goes, Moto Morini’s engineers added a new front and a redesigned frame. The motorcycle sits on a 50mm adjustable Marzocchi fork (which allows for 190mm of wheel travel) and a high quality and quick adjustable Ohlins rear shock (which offers 200mm of wheel travel). At the heat of the bike lies a twin cylinder Bialbero CorsaCorta engine at 1187 cc. technically this is a new engine based on the original 140hp Corsaro engine. The new unit delivers a peak power of 86.5 KW – 118 HP @ 8500 rpm and 103.6 Nm – 10.6 Kgm of torque @ 7000 rpm. The speed is kept in check by a set of capable Brembo brakes with radial pump, semi-floating front discs which measure 298mm and a rear 255 mm single-disc combined with two pistons.
