Arranged by Lene Høst and performed by Vingefang (www.vingefang.com) The song belongs to a singing and dancing tradition called masalikula performed by the women in the Sukuma tribe, Tanzania. 'Bingwe Bayanda' means the small young boys. Traditionally, the men sat around the fire at night, while women tended to their own. The younger boys were allowed to sit by the fire and listen to the men's conversation. In the song the women ask the younger boys: "How is father's mood today?" The boys answer that it's hard with father's mood. The song has been changed a bit since arriving in Denmark and is sung somewhat diffenrently in Sukumaland.
