We've been CSA members for well over a decade. In fact, it's one of the many strategies I use to feed my family of six for $375 a month! For six months a year, I plan weekly menus around our box of farm-fresh produce. If we can't eat it all before it spoils, I freeze or dehydrate extra produce, helping insure that I can keep the grocery budget under control during the winter months.
