In an effort to encourage more organ donation, Donate Life Month is celebrated every April. According to the NJ Sharing Network, one organ and tissue donor can save eight lives and enhance the lives of over 75 others. Nearly 4,000 residents in New Jersey are in need of a healthy organ.
