Reese's Puff's Cookies 1 stick softened butter (8 TBSP) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 egg 1 TBSP vanilla 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup Reese's Puff's, crushed with a rolling pin 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugars until well combined. Beat in peanut butter until combined then beat in the egg and vanilla. 3. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients on a slow speed. Fold in the crushed cereal until just combined. With a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a parchment or silicone mat-lined baking sheet. With a fork, press gently forming a criss-cross shape over tops.
