Hi, John with etrailer. If you're looking to keep an eye on the cargo in your truck-bed, then checkout this GCH third brake light camera that we installed on our 2019 Ford F250 Super Duty. You guys that have the tailgate cameras know that if you have a tailgate down, you're just getting a view of your trailer hitch, the bumper hitch down there. Now, in a gooseneck or a fifth-wheel situation, that's not gonna help you out at all, so if we switch back now to that camera, we do have a clear shot of our trailer, and it's gonna help us backup and line up to it. So, a lot of you guys out there with toolboxes, you asked the question, "Is the toolbox gonna block the view" And in our case today, it does. Now, you can do a couple of things to alleviate this, obviously if you know, if you're working out there, you need a toolbox, they do have the ones that are flush-mounted with the side of the bed, so that would probably allow more of a field of view, so that you could see your gooseneck ball here. The other thing you could do, is we do have a magnetic attachment that you could magnetically attach to the ball here with a little flag, it'll help you line it up. Other than that, there's not a whole lot you can do. If you're running a fifth-wheel trailer, the fifth-wheel could be in the view, but if you have the choice to remove your toolbox, that's probably gonna be your best bet. If you're interested in this camera, you think it's gonna work for you, stick around, we'll show you how to install it. Now, to get started with our installation, we'll come to the rear brake light here and we're gonna remove the four screws, I'm using the T20 Torx Kit, it looks like you can also use a flathead if you'd like. We're gonna pull these screws out, and make sure you hang onto 'em, we are gonna be reusing these to install the new bezel. Then, you should be able to simply pop the bezel out here, you'll see the factory wiring back here. If you had to replace your light bulbs back here, then you know how to do this. Now, when we're running our wire through, we need to go on the center slot here and go down into the cab, and chances are you can go into the backseat and you'll be able to reach your fingers up behind the headliner, and pull this down. So, here is the wire that we pulled through here and we wanna be careful as we pull this through, this wire is very, very thin camera wire, so just take your time and don't kink it. Now, as you get closer here, make sure you take the factory light harness and bring it, and run it through this left side, and it'll end up mounting like this here, but first we're gonna install the gasket. So, we've got some alcohol here, then we're gonna prep the surface, the paint surface here, basically get the dirt off. Then the kit comes with a foam gasket that we're gonna install, if you don't wanna perform your own magic trick like we have to do here, you could put the foam gasket on before you run the wire into the truck and in this case, we're gonna have to do a magic trick. So, we do this, flip it over. All right. So, this side is gonna have some tape that we'll remove and this'll be the adhesive side, the wire has a notch in the plastic right here, then it'll go down and then we'll just peel and stick this foam gasket to the inside of this bezel, you can see it's stepped up right here on the flange. Now, it's also highly recommended that we use either some butyl rubber, or silicone sealant, these things just are notorious for leaking. To install the new bezel, we are gonna be reusing the four screws. So, we started in the center over here and I just ran the wire over, I was able to fish behind this corner here, because we had the airbag and I can just pull this down, you can see the wire right here, here we just ran this right underneath, all the way along to about right here and right in here is where I made the connection between the long wire and then the short wire from the back, the camera connection, so that is right here, there's two arrows that you just simply line up and push these together. So, this gets tucked up here and we ran this all the way down to the A-pillar up here and down, and we're coming out right here. Now, I'm gonna stop right now, because next thing we're gonna do is we're gonna take the radio bezel off and pull the facto
