In 1988, when the Chuang family opened the first House of Japan, they dreamed of bringing a slice of their home country to Central Ohio, and they did just that. Strolling across a glass bridge, guests admire rare Japanese Koi fish swimming in a pond adorned with waterfalls, take in a Japanese garden, and, once seated, are treated to a gastronomical show like nowhere else. We’re talking flaming onion volcanoes, shrimp tails flying and a dazzling blur of fast-moving, quick chopping, cut and dice knives, spatulas & forks..
