The dalit woman's husband borrowed Rs 9000 on interest from Pramod Singh. Interest amount was Rs 1500. The dalit family had returned the amont to Prmaod within the stipulated time. But Pramod demanded more money.That dalit family rejected as they has returned the amount on time. but Pramod was continuously distrubing and torturing the family . Finally Pramod with the help of his son and associated kidnapped that dalit woman to his house. There that dalit woman was stripped, assaulted and finally Pramod asked his son to urinate on her face, in particular in mouth. However She managed to escape and lodged a complaint on Pramod Singh and his son. Patna SP has said that both father and son have absconded and 5 police teams have been formed to search and arrest the key and other accused.
