So, installing a new motor in a Humvee should be straightforward, right? Wrong. Leave it to me to turn this "simple" job into an epic saga thanks to one small, stubborn issue: motor mounts. Who knew these little things could turn a quick upgrade into an hours-long wrestling match? Watch as I attempt to shoehorn this new motor into place, only to be stopped dead in my tracks by some ill-fitting mounts that, frankly, have a mind of their own. Spoiler: there’s a lot of head-scratching, tool-tossing, and a good dose of "why is this even happening?"
