These are some of the reasons why this happens and how to fix it; 1. Incorrect Map Visibility Settings One of the main reasons this happens is that your map visibility settings are turned off. If you’ve accidentally turned on a setting that hides your activity maps in the privacy settings, the map won’t show up. To fix this; • Open the Strava app. • Go to your profile or the "You" tab, and then head into "Settings." • From there, tap on "Privacy Controls" and find the "Map Visibility" option.
