YEAH! You hear everyone talking about all the third party tripe that was pushed on the console. It was a glorious time to be a gamer in the 80's and 90's, you could jam your hand in a glove and wave it around to play a game, jump on a giant pad, play with up to four friends wirelessly and blast a plastic zapper at your screen to vanquish baddies. The Nintendo Entertainment System really had it all when it came to redundant accessories. Even the original controller had an overflow of reiterations These peripherals, more often than not, cast a shadow over the thought of anything outside a controller and zapper combo. the Advantage never took off commercially. Its most iconic role was controlling the statue of liberty in Ghostbusters 2. That STILL wasn't enough to win over the heart of gamers.
