Army takes delivery of first shipment of Apache AH-64E helicopters

Taiwan's first batch of Apache AH-64E attack helicopters arrived this morning at Kaohsiung Harbor. Despite concerns from lawmakers that the US-made helicopters are built for desert environments, the Ministry of National Defense says they are suited for both land- and sea-based reconnaissance. The world's most feared attack helicopter, the Apache, has arrived in Taiwan.
