You can create a timetable like I have by creating a "basic table" in a month template. This is a pre-filled calendar with all days of the year. You can add your own database templates and properties inside it (week formula below). In addition, 12 blank month templates are already created to help you customize for each month (ie. add a timetable to "january" to ensure every date in January has a timetable).
