FERRANDI Paris - NEW CAMPUS IN DIJON

The Burgundian site of FERRANDI Paris will host 110 international studients every year, around two intensive cursus in English, either in French cuisine or in French pastry. The campus, located at the entrance of the City, in the iconic "Canon de Lumière" (or Canon of Light) Building, will include two laboratories, one for cuisine and one for pastry, offering a wide view of the Dijon city center. The new building has been conceived by the architecture Agency Anthony Béchu and has been specifically designed for those programs. This modern architecture blends seemlessly into Dijon's historic landscape. The programs will provide the same quality and pedagogical content as the ones provided in Paris, albeit with a very regional touch as the programs will include oenology and wine tasting courses. The program will end with a field trip, which will enable the studients to discover the Burgundy terroir and marvels, to deepen their knowledge and anchor their practice.
