It's 50 years today since my mother woke me up to tell me about the burning island Heimaey and we watched the evacuation in the TV. It is still considered a miracle that no deaths occurred during the migration to the mainland. There are many documentaries only so I'm using the chance now to show you my image blending project that will be a part of a larger project that I'm planning, and covers this lovely island with before after images and videos.
