Ilford Station 'Landmark Building' Ticket Hall Is Now Open

A still image slide show about the new landmark building at Ilford railway station which opened on Thursday 1st September 2022 Ilford station is on the London Liverpool Street - East Anglia Great Eastern Main Line and the new station building was built as part of London's Elizabeth line project. The new building is bright, airy and spacious with a glass wall frontage and a high ceiling. It has a much longer gate line than the old building and the project also included installing lifts so that the station is now fully accessible between the street and the platforms. At the time of filming the works were still incomplete, as described at the end of the film.
