For the December edition of the Research Seminar Series, Dr. Janet Lynn Roseman discusses her book, inspired by the loss of her mother, the research that shaped it, and the deeper truths surrounding a daughter’s grief and the unique experiences of women as caregivers. She also shares grief empowerment tools designed to help individuals navigate loss with greater awareness and support. As she explores the spiritual and metaphysical components of grief, Dr. Roseman highlights the transformative role of dreams and how they can guide us throughout the grieving process. Each of us moves through grief differently. There is no checklist, and the waves of grief continue to shift over time. Grief changes us energetically and transforms our consciousness, making meaningful support essential as we move through it.
