Tangdi Kabab is a popular appetizer in the Indian Cuisine. Tangdi or Tangri translates to the Chicken legs or Drumsticks. Tangdi Kababs are mildly spiced and most often creamy. This Tangdi Kabab can be made in an oven , tandoor, grilled and also on a stove top. This recipe makes scrumptious restaurant style Murg Tangdi Kabab which is not only easy to cook but also tastes like heaven. Ingredients: Chicken Drumsticks - 4 (1.5 lb/ 700 gm approx) Ginger&Garlic - 2 tbsp coriander Powder - 1 tsp cumin powder - 1 tsp garam masal powder - 1/2 tsp chaat masala - 1/2 tsp hung curd(Thick yogurt) - 3 tbsp green chillies - 2 (Adjust according to your spice preference) cashew nuts - 10 to 12 count (2 tbsp) oil or butter - 2 tbsp salt - as per taste Lemon juice - 1 tbsp turmeric - 1/4 tsp red chilli powder - 1 tsp Oven Settings: 400 F/ 200 C /Gas Mark 6 Stove top: This recipe can also be made on a stove top with medium flame until golden brown on all sides.
