There's a Chinese restaurant chain that's so famous, almost everyone in China has heard of it. And yet, if you ask people outside of China, they probably have no idea what you're talking about. And to complicate matters further, hardly anyone in China ever really talks about this restaurant, and no-one has ever recommended it to me! WHY? So, today, I'm going to visit this famous chain and find out whether it's actually any good, and try to work out why no-one has ever suggested that I go there to eat.
