"Above and below" by The Bravery // Jack and The Doctor (Torchwood and Doctor Who) |||SPOILERS FOR "THE END OF TIME, PART 2"||| First, let me squee: YAY! FIRST VID OF THE DECADE!!! happy dance Now, on with the serious stuff: I've had the idea for this vid in my head for a very, very long time. Well, not so much this vid in particular, but I've always wanted to play around with a few ideas that show up here. I basically play around with two premises: 1) Jack is slowly becoming a Doctor-like figure; and 2) The Doctor is slowly becoming a Master-like figure. That, plus smaller things like the fact that I believe Jack must hate the Doctor for leaving him alone during the events of "Children of Earth", pretty much make the video. So I basically mixed those ideas together along with some others and the result is what you see right now. I'll admit that my original idea was nowhere near as dramatic as this, I just wanted to show how much Jack and the Doc blame themselves for all the "yotz" that have happened with them (kudos if you got the Farscape reference *wink wink*). However, as the vid progressed, it basically took on a life of its own, and everything just kept escalating to the point where I got to the ending and... Well, you'll see. wink wink I'll tell you what, it feels kinda strange to be posting a vid like this right now. Everyone is busy making their heartfelt tributes to David Tennant's departure, but my muse just decides "You know what? Lets turn him evil and make him SUFFER!!!" instead... shrugs Maybe one day Pooky will overcome his evil!Doc obsession and I'll be able to make MY heartfelt tribute...
