These are hands-down, the best monster cookies, actually, the best cookies I have ever made. My family cannot get enough of them and my daughter Hailey said that they’re the best cookies I’ve ever made like ever. They just were so amazing. And what’s great there a gluten-free Here is my monster cookie recipe: 1/2 cup soften butter 1/2 cup shortening One cup packed brown sugar 1 1/2 cup of regular peanut butter (not natural) 1 tablespoon of vanilla Three large eggs 2 teaspoons of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt 4 1/2 cups of oats (I mixed old fashion and quick oats) One cup of mini chips One cup of mini cinnamon chips 1/2 cup of regular chocolate/peanut butter mix chips 1/2 to 1 cup of mini M&Ms Directions: 1.  cream, the butter and shortening together then add packed brown sugar and mix for one to two minutes until it’s nice and fluffy. 2. Add in the eggs, vanilla and peanut butter mix again making sure it’s completely next 3. Add cooking oats, salt, and baking soda. Mix well 4. Stir in mini chips and M&Ms. 5. Cook at 350° for about 10 minutes when you start to see the edges brown pulled him out right away Make sure to let them sit on the pan.
