This week we learn how to fix our own sails using our Reliable Barracuda zig zag sewing machine - all while off grid at anchor on Vancouver Island, British Columbia to boot! Seajay's electrical systems are nothing to brag about, but at least we know we could fix our sails or canvas in a pinch. We only stayed about a week before being scared off by the weather again, threatening our beloved sailboat with becoming another of the many wrecks here in Royston, BC.
