Today I'm getting real about something I've been dealing with - high blood pressure and the scary reality of needing a heart investigation as a busy mom of 5. This isn't easy to share, but I know I'm not alone. After being diagnosed with hypertension, I've been referred for a heart scan to investigate further and make sure everything is okay. As moms, we spend so much time looking after everyone else that we often ignore the warning signs our own bodies are giving us. In this vlog, I'm talkinh to you about my hospital appointment for my heart investigation. I wanted to document this journey not just for myself, but for any other mums out there who might be going through something similar or ignoring their own health because they're too busy caring for their families.
