[Read description for more information] Huzzah! A progress update! This one's less about showing MORE and more about showing what's changed... like, I decided to make things slightly more accurate. We're not at a perfect 1:1 by any means but eh, I keep changing and adding things every day- who knows where we'll be? These are just some of the recreated levels I've made in the SMW overworld, there's more levels that I've been working on (sorry about the random not-so-vanilla looking custom level in Yoshi's Island - I just really liked it and wanted to show it off!). The engine currently has roughly 40 unique enemies (not counting duplicates such as different koopas) including wigglers, bob-ombs, pokeys, Mega Moles, dino torches, thwomps, boos.. you name it. This project is currently closed source and as I continue to work on it I will decide what I decide to do with the engine. There are no intentions to release the game with a level editor when it comes out, as there are programs like Lunar Magic / Super Mario Maker that already allow you to do this. This project is mostly being made for myself to gain experience in programming and study game mechanics. :) Still not satisfied and want to use GameMaker to make some Mario levels right NOW?
