Are you concerned about the increase in political violence in recent years like the attack on the US Capitol January 6, 2021? Or do you believe that Trump won the 2020 election, and you wish that Congress had certified him as the winner? In either case I believe you will want to know the following: First, if he becomes President again, Mr. Trump promised to free all those involved in the January 6 attack on the Capitol. Second, last December, Republicans in Congress voted to DEFUND efforts by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin to root violent extremists out of the military, which Austin initiated after learning that several current and former military had participated in the violent attack on the Capitol January 6, 2021. Third, this works, because virtually everyone thinks they know more than they do, and the major media exploit this to please those who control most of the money for the media. In 2023 Fox paid Dominion Voting Systems over three quarter of a billion dollars to settle a defamation suit, while admitting that Biden had won the 2020 election and Fox had deliberately lied to avoid losing audience to rival conservative networks, PROVIDED they did NOT have to admit that to their audience. In 2016, the Chairman of CBS said the Trump campaign "may not be good for America, but it is damn good for CBS ... . The money's rolling in and this is fun". I think the promise or the threat of more violent extremism in the US should be a major issue influencing how people vote November 5. If you want more violent extremism, vote Republican for President and for the US House and Senate. If you think the US military should NOT recruit, train and otherwise encourage violent extremists, vote Democrat for national offices.
