Mr. Marcel Perrin (1912-1996), professor of music education, son of the famous musician (trumpet and cornet with pistons), professor and composer Clément Perrin (1876-1970), he was internationally renowned concert and saxophonist. In 1935, he created the famous 'Saxophone Quartet of Algiers'. For his favorite instrument, he composed many works and wrote some books including, in 1955, 'The Saxophone' for which he was interviewed on 27 September 1955 by Pierre Desgraupes in the program 'Lectures pour tous'.
