My quest to promote the amazing human capital that exists in Huntington, WV continues. “Human capital is the economic value of the abilities and qualities of labor that influence productivity, such as education. Investing in these qualities produces greater economic output” (Amadeo, 2020). #iamhuntington’s latest, “win, lose, or doodle” is the pilot episode for a new 12-part series entitled 304 Simple Wayz to Promote Health & Wellness in Appalachia. I am hoping that this new initiative motivates Huntingtonians to take up hobbies or pursue existing interests and talents. Of course, I won’t be producing 304 episodes; hopefully, you guys will consider simple ways to promote health & wellness, and we will amass 304 ways together! The pilot episode features TrueXmotion fitness instructor Jillian L. Cremeans. In her spare time, Jillian finds comfort in drawing and doodling. It provides a relaxing and stress-relieving break from life’s daily challenges. 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20 states, “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
