The modding scene was limited during its heyday, it has not received any form of sequels in over 10 years, and support for the game ended after little more than a year. That's why I thought it was time for going back to Shogun 2 and looking at what made this game so awesome, comment on some of its flaws, and answer the question of whether you should play Total War: Shogun 2 in 2022.
