Sorry to those other Cranky Pants YouTubers who emphasized the negative of their stay at the Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake because the room, the property, the amenities, the food & drink were top notch. Management offered a welcome cocktail hour to Diamond Elite members, wine tasting to guests, and a keen interest in addressing potential issues experienced by their clients. The surrounding neighborhood invites you with restaurant offerings, coffee houses, and quaint walks. Easily the grandest breakfast buffet I’ve experienced from Singapore to Japan to Thailand and Vietnam. I had a fantastic four day stay in my pristine over water villa! Thank you Intercontinental Westlake for valuing me as a guest, can’t wait to come back!
