If you liked this recipe, don't forget to like this video and subscribe to our YouTube channel to receive notifications about recipes like this one :) - SEE RECIPE: ‣‣ Servings: 4 burgers ‣‣ Ingredients: 4 hamburger buns ** BBQ sauce ** Olive oil 1 White onion, chopped 1 clove garlic 400 g Tomato Sauce 50 ml White Vinegar 2 Tablespoons of Mustard 2 tablespoons of English sauce 2 teaspoons of honey 2 teaspoons of sugar 2 Teaspoons Paprika powder 1 teaspoon chili powder Salt and pepper to taste **Pulled Pork (Jackfruit)** 100g canned Jackfruit **Purple Cabbage Salad** ½ Purple Cabbage 60 grams of natural yogurt Olive oil White vinegar Salt and pepper to taste **Burger Sauce** 60 grams of natural yogurt 5 gherkins, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 tablespoon of Paprika powder 1 tablespoon mustard Half lemon 25 ml of White Vinegar 1 garlic clove minced 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 tablespoon of white sugar ‣‣ Preparation: **Step 1: BBQ Sauce** 1. Heat the pan and add olive oil. 2. Add 1 chopped white onion and cook over medium heat until translucent. 3. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic to the pan and cook well for two minutes. Stir occasionally. 4. Add 400 g of Tomato Sauce to the pan and stir all the ingredients well. 5. After 1 minute, add 50 ml of white vinegar to the pan and stir. 6. Add 2 tablespoons of mustard and stir. 7. Add 2 tablespoons of Worchestire sauce or Worcestershire sauce and stir. 8. Add 2 teaspoons of honey and stir. 9. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and stir. 10. Add the spices: salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder. 11. Stir well and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally. 12. After 30 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. **Step 2: BBQ Pulled Pork (BBQ Jackfruit)** 1. Remove 100g of jackfruit from the can and place in a colander or bowl. 2. Wash the jackfruit well in cold water to remove excess liquid from the can. 3. Crumble the jackfruit one by one and place on a plate. 4. Relight the pan with the bbq sauce over medium heat and add the crumbled jackfruit. 5. Cook slowly for 30 minutes at medium low heat. 6. Once the 30 minutes have passed, remove the pan from the heat and reserve. **Step 3: Purple Cabbage Salad** 1. Cut ½ Purple Cabbage into small pieces. 2. Add 50 ml of white vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 3. Add 60 grams of natural yogurt 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Mix all the ingredients well and refrigerate for an hour before serving. **Step 4: Burger Sauce** 1. Add in a small bowl 60 grams of natural yogurt, 5 chopped gherkins, 1 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of Paprika powder, 1 tablespoon of mustard, squeeze half a lemon, add 25 ml of White Vinegar, 1 clove of crushed Garlic and 1 tablespoon of ketchup. 2. Mix the ingredients well until you have a medium pink or salmon colored sauce. 3. Add a tablespoon of sugar and mix well. 3. Reserve and place in the refrigerator. **Step 5: Build the burger** 1. Cut the bread in half. 2. Add the hamburger sauce to the surfaces of the bun. 3. Add the purple cabbage salad. 4. Add the bbq jackfruit on top of the coleslaw. 5.
