In July 2024, the Tread Dawgs riding group embarked on a four-day ride from Calgary, Alberta into BC. This is Episode 2 of that trip, covering our journey from Invermere to Crawford Bay, BC. Watch as myself and two friends tackle the spectacular Gray Creek Pass in the Central Kootenay Region, a challenging gravel climb to 6,800 ft, experiencing one of BC's most scenic adventure routes in perfect July weather. The journey continues along BC3A, a stunning road that hugs Kootenay Lake's shoreline with endless curves and sweepers. Our destination, Crawford Bay, is a charming artisan community known for its traditional craftspeople including blacksmiths, glassblowers, and broom makers.
