Join us and see what we find as we do a beach clean along the stunning Freswick Bay, located in the north of Caithness just a couple of miles south of John o' Groats. It's such a shame these beautiful beaches are full of marine litter, which cause huge threats to not only marine life but other animals too such as birds and mammals. Discarded pieces of rope, fishing gear or plastics can end up in the stomachs of whales and dolphins or around the necks of birds and seals which often ends up fatal. Hopefully this video inspires more people to go out and do their own beach cleans, no matter how big or small! This beach is located on the famous 'NC500' just imagine how much litter could be picked up if everyone who enjoys this route took part in beach cleans every time they visited one of these stunning beaches.
