Talk by Dr. Ariel Rokem of University of Washington, Seattle. Dr. Rokem is Associate DIPY Lead and a long-time contributor to the project. Dr. Rokem is the inventor of the Sparse Fascicle Model and co-inventor of AFQ. Synopsis Dr. Rokem will provide an introduction to DTI with DIPY. Learn how to extract a series of tensor-derived maps.
