A: Of course! As long as you give credit and use it for something other than a blatant re-upload, then use it for whatever, even commercially! A: Mai is actually a voice bank from the software Synthesizer V (or Synth V as it is commonly called by those who use it). A: Software-wise, I use FL Studio, Cubase and Bitwig mainly. Library-wise, my main workhorses are Pacific Ensemble Strings (and really anything from performance samples), Infinite Brass, Audio Imperia Chorus, and Cineperc.
