Ive always been too nervous, or not confident enough to film a leg session before now. Legs have always been, and still are a weakness of mine, being smaller and weaker than my upper body! Since my knee surgery, legs has now become a huge focus for me, spending 2.5 years on rehab, and the last year focusing on growth to make them become a strength of mine. 3 years ago I ended up losing over 6 inches in my quads due to inactivity and limited mobility from surgery, and has taken me this whole time to gain back some size and confidence; so although they are still not overly impressive or strong, I am very proud of how far I have come! My current leg session are about 1hr 15mins long, and everything is a minimum of 15 reps, and focusing on the pump/burn throughout the session. Ive been finding this very helpful to avoid extra knee pain, and has been working well to get my size back. High rep is where its at for me right now :) Plus thats what my coach tell me to do, so I do it! lol. Im working with Dorian Hamilton, and loving the whole process. Very confident with him in my corner. Anywhere, here I am - 5 weeks out from stepping onstage from my womens physique debut! (Still can't do fitness from the injury). Thanks for watching!!!
