Week 31 of running a military surplus company is finally here, and this is the week we’ve been building toward. After taking in four full truckloads of inventory over the past week, we finally start opening and diving into the new military surplus pallets to see what we actually received. This shipment is noticeably different from what we’ve worked with in the past. In previous weeks, shipments were often inconsistent or heavily damaged, but this new installation is sending some serious gear. Right away we start finding OCP Level 6 parkas, Level 5 soft shells, E-wall and L-wall pieces, Crye Precision LRB floating loop belts, ACH helmet covers, and even a Molle 4000 experimental test sample rucksack. There are also Marine Corps items, maternity variants, aircrew gear, rain suits, and multiple high-value cold weather system components mixed throughout. We break down the tops of several pallets to determine which one deserves a full dump. One pallet quickly stands out with Crye Precision belts and OCP cold weather layers. We talk about how this new installation differs from past shipments and why the quality of gear matters so much for a military surplus operation like ours. Along the way we search helmet covers for rare unit patches, compare different Level 6 interior variations, find unusual niche pieces like air warrior trousers and flame resistant soft shells, and pull out Molle 4000 bags that appear to be experimental samples. The variety in this shipment shows how unpredictable surplus can be and how valuable it is to move quickly through inventory while identifying high-demand items. As we continue moving through inventory at record speed, the goal is to increase pallet throughput and eventually scale to even larger dump segments in future weeks. There is still a massive amount of gear to process, including Molle 2 rucks, rain suits, additional OCP layers, and cold weather systems. If you’ve been following the series, this week marks a major turning point. The shipments are better, the volume is higher, and the pace is increasing. Make sure to subscribe and stay tuned as we push through more pallets and uncover what else is hiding in this new wave of military surplus. Also, if you want a chance to have YOUR order blessed in a future episode, comment your ACTIVE order number and we will randomly be choosing one of you guys to bless in our next Weekly Video!
