Exploring the Dolomites was something else! Tears were shed!! Having grown up in an area surrounded by large mountain ranges, we LOVE the mountains and we were not disappointed by the views we experienced in the Dolomites. The footage from 0:25-5:16 is all taken at Tre Cime di Lavaredo.  If you start at the main hut (Rifugio Auronzo) near the parking area and do the main loop around Tre Cime, you will be walking along the same trail as we did. There's a little church (Cappella degli Alpini) along the trail and almost across from it you will see there's an opening along the fence that leads to a statue.
