This is a quick re-edit of Audi's "Duel" ad spot for the 2016 Presidential Debate to show how important sound editing is -- especially for action-packed video. Sound editing considerations for this ad are particularly interesting in this case considering the actual ad is almost entirely in rewind. Certain audio elements are inserted earlier than they would have actually existed so they make more sense to the viewer. When seen in a normal chronological order, this becomes apparent as every sound effect seems just slightly late (after the main point of physical impact for the object making the sound). While there isn't a great place to cut and merge the end of the ad spot with its beginning in chronological order, the imperfect cut is at least clear enough to keep the story straight.
