Tonight’s session was done with a theme of breaking through negative thought patterns. This session was by request by one of my subscribers here on my channel, and this theme definitely spoke to my heart. For many of us, we often experience hyper focusing on certain things. Whether that be anxious thoughts, fear, worry, or at times negativity. We at times find ourselves stuck in a loop within our own minds of disempowerment. Tonight’s session focuses on releasing and breaking through these mental loops, releasing the energy of disempowerment, anxiety, fear or worry, and redirecting our focus on comfort, peace, tranquility and empowerment.
