This is just my method of removing the keyboard from your Hammond. Note that this is specifically for the B2/3 and C2/3 consoles. Much of this information will be useful to those who have older consoles, like the BV and CV or Model D, you will need to determine what works for your model. The information is also mostly useful for the A100 series, although there are some differences in the cabinet. This will NOT be useful for later models like the H series or the E100 series or R100 series at all. Keyboard removal is not that complicated that it would prevent anyone from doing this. When the keyboard is on the bench, it is much easier to clean keys, replace felts, clean out the tablet switches, clean buss bars, etc, etc...as well as give you a lot more room to work on the Tone Generator for things like recapping, etc.
