It’s Halloween on Giggle Time! Moose is getting so excited about Halloween, but he has one problem: he doesn't know how to trick-or-treat! Sing-along with Ham and Moose to learn how to trick-or-treat to celebrate the silliest and spookiest evening of the year. LYRICS First you pick a costume, spooky or sweet, You could have a cape or wings or feet! Anything works, just dress up neat, That’s how you start to trick-or-treat! ‘Cause trick or treat’s, The best thing on the street. Costumes and candy and friends to meet! So hop on in and dance to the beat, That’s how we go trick-or-treat! But what’s my costume, what should I be? There are so many options, oh my, oh gee! You can be anything your heart desires, But a few ideas that cross my mental wires: You could be a wizard, casting spells, Or a real estate agent with homes to sell You could be a basketball, so bouncy and round, Or maybe a taco with a crunchy, crunch sound! You can be a monster or a big black cat, Or how ‘bout a construction worker with a big hat? Maybe a balloon or maybe a shark! Or how ‘bout a leaf or a grocery cart? You could be a fireman with a siren real loud! Or maybe an airplane way up in the clouds! Or maybe a journalist reporting the news. The sky’s the limit, you’re free to choose. ‘Cause trick or treat’s, The best thing on the street. Costumes and candy and friends to meet! So hop on in and dance to the beat, That’s how we go trick-or-treat! I think I’ll be a cowboy – yeehaw! And I’ll be an artist who likes to draw! ALTS: I’ll be a lion with a really big jaw I’ll be a Ham sandwich with a side of slaw. Next we grab a bucket, bag, or bin, Something BIG that you can fill to the brim All with candy, imagine the feast! Chocolate, gummies, and lollipops – sweet! Then we head out, walk down the road To get our candy – it’ll be quite a load. But always bring a buddy with you, too. Now, let’s go get that candy – woohoo! ‘Cause trick or treat’s, The best thing on the street. Costumes and candy and friends to meet! So hop on in and dance to the beat, That’s how we go trick-or-treat! Next, we knock on the door—rat-a-tat-tat! They open the door, who’s there? Who’s that?! Now they’ve seen you, what could you say? “Hand me candy right away!” Not quite that, what else could you ask? To get your candy and get it fast! The door swings open, what could be the plan? "Put the sweets in the bucket, candy man!” No, no, no, not quite that. But why not Ham? It’s true, it’s facts! Try a little nicer in how you greet! Oh yeah! I could say, “Trick or Treat!” May I have some candy, sir or m’am? How did that sound, Ham? That’s how you do it, nice and kind! And look at all this candy! What a find! (It rains candy) Then say “Thank you!” when you’re done, Whether they give you 10, 3, or one! ‘Cause it’s not about how much you eat, It’s all about the fun of trick-or-treat! ‘Cause trick or treat’s, The best thing on the street. Costumes and candy and friends to meet! So hop on in and dance to the beat, That’s how we go trick-or-treat! ‘Cause trick or treat’s, The best thing on the street. Costumes and candy and friends to meet! So hop on in and dance to the beat, That’s how we go trick-or-treat! Thanks for watching! Be sure to subscribe for more videos from Moose and his friends.
