We were taught that our idenity was rooted in certain systems — politics, religion, success, status and told they’ll give us meaning, direction, and freedom. But over time, those same systems become the things that trap us. In this video, I talk about detachment as the gateway to true freedom. Not rebellion. Not apathy. But clarity. Drawing from the Book of Ecclesiastes in the bible, I reflect on the hard truth Scripture lays bare: everything in this world is ultimately meaningless.. Politics will fail you. Religion as a system will fail you. Anything built by man will fail you. The only thing that remains is Christ. This isn’t about tearing faith down it’s about stripping away the noise so you can see what actually matters. True freedom isn’t found in clinging tighter to the world, but in loosening your grip and anchoring yourself in what cannot be shaken. If you’ve been feeling disillusioned, restless, or tired of chasing things that don’t satisfy, sit with this.
